Penske Automotive Group, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $1.42 per share, representing an increase of $0.02 per share, or approximately 1.4%. This represents the Company’s 22nd consecutive quarterly increase. The dividend is payable June 3, 2026, to shareholders of record as of May 26, 2026.

Kurnick, Jr. “This dividend increase reflects the Company’s continued balanced approach to capital allocation, including dividends, share repurchases, and strategic acquisitions.”
