Widewail Names National Sales Director

Widewail, a provider of customer intelligence and reputation management solutions for automotive dealerships, announced Brad Bowers as its National Sales Director - OEMs and Partnerships. Bringing four decades of leadership experience, Bowers is uniquely positioned to drive critical initiatives for enterprise customers, focusing on building strong OEM relationships and spearheading educational programs. His primary goal is to leverage Widewail’s intelligence to transform raw customer sentiment into actionable insights necessary to improve the OEM customer experience.

“At Widewail, we believe that success in today’s environment comes from those that truly listen to and act upon the voice of their customers,” said Cuyler Owners, CEO of Widewail. “Brad’s background at every level of the automotive industry gives him the unique perspective needed to lead strategic partnerships and drive results for our enterprise clients.”

Bowers brings more than 40 years of industry experience to Widewail, having held leadership roles everywhere from the dealership to leading automotive software companies to global manufacturers. Most recently as the director of OEM analytics and business development at CDK Global, he was responsible for the insights that improved retail performance for OEMs. He also spent 15 years at various roles at Volvo, including vice president of dealer development for North America, and was the president and owner of a GM and Stellantis dealership.

“Companies today are overwhelmed with data,” said Bowers. “Technology has made it very easy to turn data into information. However, information without actions is just trivia. I’m excited to join Widewail and work on turning customer sentiment into customer intelligence to help OEMs improve their customer experience.”

Bowers holds an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School.
