NIADA Schedules Policy Conference

By Staff Writer October 12, 2020

The National Independent Automobile Dealers Association will hold the first-ever NIADA Virtual National Policy Conference on October 13.

In a letter to dealers, Shaun Petersen, interim executive vice president, said dealers must stand together and be involved.

“Although circumstances prevent us from collectively gathering in Washington, D.C., the Virtual Policy Conference will provide you with an opportunity to help frame the NIADA Legislative & Regulatory Policy agenda for years to come,” he said. “ Members of Congress and leaders from federal agencies will interact with you on the key happenings in the federal government that directly impact your business.

“Even behind a computer screen, your voice can be heard, and no one can tell your story better than you. That story as a small business owner, NIADA member, and independent dealer, must be told.  It’s why your participation is critical to expanding the reach of our industry in Washington.
