CU Direct Connect LLC (CUDC) announced two new owners in its credit union service organization.
Community Choice Credit Union and West Denver Community Credit Union have both recently purchased units in CUILA, LLC (dba CU Direct Connect).
Community Choice Credit Union was formed in 1952 by the Adams 14 School District. Since that time it has expanded the membership to serve the local community, the hospital field and numerous employee groups. They serve the underserved market of Commerce City, Colo., and believe in the mission of "People helping People." Community Choice Credit Union has a range of products and services to assist members in various economic stages.
West Denver Community Credit Union (WDCCU) was originally formed by parishioners of Presentation back in 1947. After moving their offices to a prominent location within the western Denver community, the credit union expanded its field of membership to a community-based charter. WDCCU now serves residents of Lakewood and Denver, who live west of I-25. WDCCU offers its members personalized financial services along with low-cost flexible loan programs, which include consumer, auto, credit card and mortgage loan programs.
